Since 1999 we actively use in manufacture MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) or PIM (Powder Injection Moulding) technology allowing serial production of a high-quality parts from various steels (such as construction steels, stainless steels, tool steels), and from ceramics or other metals (nickel alloys, titan and so on) without mechanical cutting. Being MIM technology pioneers in Russia, during this time we continuously improved technological process and by the present moment have achieved excellent results. At our own experience we have understood significant advantage of technological and economic parameters of MIM technology as compared with traditional production process.

Having started in 2002 new production facilities in Klimovsk city (Moscow region), we have equipped them with modern equipment for MIM process. We have furnished the equipment of famous companies, such as Arburg automated machines for thermoplastic material casting, Siemens controllers, with machines of our own design, allowing to control all cobwebs of technological process. Closely cooperating with the Moscow representatives of BASF company, we had obtained an opportunity to use the advanced components providing the highest quality of MIM production. We master a full cycle of manufacture as per MIM technologies from moulds designing to ready parts afterwork.

Advantages of MIM Technology ANICS
If you use steel parts weight up to one kg, made by a method of investment casting with the subsequent partial machining, or you only machine such parts from a piece of metal you will be pleasantly surprised, having addressed to us, and having made sure, that such parts ready to assembly in products are possible to purchase from us cheaper than their cost of manufacture at your facilities. Thus you receive additional design, technological and organizational advantages due to our MIM technology.
Process advatages:
- Optimization of part design. MIM process goes practically out of all restrictions on complexity of the shape of the part made. All that could not be realized because of restrictions of machining now is accessible. Designers and developers obtained an opportunity to put the functional priorities at designing on the first place, instead of capabilities of traditional technological processes.
- Part Durability Increase. With other equal terms, prior using cast billet, MIM process will allow to obtain parts with greater durability due to updating characteristics of materials.
- Opportunity to have practically any type of surface. Additional opportunities on hardening and surfacing. MIM process allows to have surfaces of parts practically with any properties - from very smooth up to textured. Practically all spectrum of coverings and processing, including, chemical oxidation and a teflon covering is available. Preparation of a surface: tumbling, sand blasting, polishing, ultrasonic washing.
- Accuracy of tolerances and dimensions. Now MIM technology allows to have parts with the minimal thickness of section from 0,4 up to 30 mm with tolerances within the limits of 0,1 mm for each 25 mm of the linear dimensions of the part. However, selecting special process modes and applying a special quality monitoring we can considerably improve these parameters, guaranteeing thus their repeatability.
- Opportunity to manufacture parts with weight up to one kg. Till the present moment it was considered, that MIM technology is expedient at a serial production of parts weight up to 60 - 80 gram from economical and technological points of view. It was because of impossibility to make big parts without hogging and the general process expensiveness. Now we confidently declare: using MIM technology and maintaining competitive price we can perform serial production of the parts with weight about one kg with the set accuracy and quality unattainable by investment casting.
Economic and organizational advantages:
- Material Saving. Manufacture as per MIM technology is characterized by maximum material savings. In traditional metal processing methods up to 80 % of material can leave in a shaving, and in MIM process the gates after their processing in grinder can be reused. Such a saving becomes even more significant at work with expensive metals (for example titan).
- The lowest product prices. Using the equipment designed and fabricated by ourselves, taking into account all the peculiarities of the process, we reduce the cost price of finished goods.
